Deposit & Terms that accompany the
Puppy-Dog Contract:

* $350 NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit is required to hold puppy up to 8 weeks of age.
Please note: If Lexy's Danes has held a puppy-dog for you and you change your mind about getting the puppy-dog, your deposit
will NOT be returned and the puppy-dog will be made available to next approved family. Please make sure
you have thought through your decision.
* You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a Great Dane puppy/adult from Lexy's Danes.
* We place our dogs in FOREVER homes.
* We reserve the right to refuse the sale of a puppy-dog to anyone who we feel will not give the puppy-dog the proper love,
attention and/or care.
* Pup-Dog sold with AKC Limited Reg.
and Spay/Neuter Contract.

Pick Up & Shipping Info:
|
Purchaser must pick up the puppy-dog at Lexy's Danes location by the agreed upon pick up date. On certain cases,
shipping within the U.S.A. via Northwest Airlines VIP service or Delta Airlines Cargo Service, may be available for pups up to
10 weeks of age for an extra fee of $400. This includes the airline fees/ticket, veterinary health certificate,
shots & crate.
Please Note: This is in addition to the purchase price of the puppy.
Also Please note: Shipping will be from Hancock Airport in Syracuse, New York Only.
